There are alot of people who are ill, have diseases, and have died without a suspicion they're being used like lab rats in experiments and depopulation programs all over the country; such activities are secret and the media under pressure are prohibited from reporting such activities, calling them too controversial to report despite hard evidence. Refusal to report critical information should be no surprise when you consider that large conglomerates of news media information centers have cross purposes conflicts of interests by having overlapping administration from government under security acts. Such security blackouts are being enforced by the very same agencies that are attacking American citizens.

Today people all over the world have been chipped without their knowledge or consent; there are laws allowing it to go on, and those laws as well as others allow secrecy. We live in a age of wonder, the world is changing secretly without our knowledge. As a researcher I appreciate your interest in being interested in the dangers of being chipped; some prominent personalities are reporting the benefits of being implanted with a microchip to identify them, soon implantable " GPS " ( ground positioning system ) devices will be available to the general public. Insofar as the FDA ( Federal Drug Administration ) says such devices do not require FDA approval they will be promoted heavily by all facets of industry and government " MIC " ( the Military Industrial Complex ) implantable. The merits both pro and con are outweighed however by the dangers unaddressed by any government, media, or industry due to the controversial nature of an investigation that is now completed taking two and a half years. Please do spread the word about what you read here as our collective future rests entirely upon our being outspoken! All that you read has been documented from scientific sources and is true. The current official stance is to deny as usual. It would not be expected for any persons in any state or federal agency to break the code of silence; there are death squads operating out in the open among us with the full support of local officials silenced by, "Federal Statutes" listed further on in this book, in addition it should be understood they have also been subverted by various methods into going along with the plan detailed further on!

It should be understood that there are people who have mental illness and the information in this book recognizes that caution and investigation need be applied in determining whether such activity herein described is or is not taking place. Radio frequency spectrum energy Government Standards allow substantially higher levels of exposure than other countries. In that regard it should be of interest to consider that the recognition of safe levels exist and that official guidlines differ; in this it is suggested that means for elimination of background radiation would be advisable in cases where doubt or concern arise; methods to block substantial percentages of stray energy. Results of increased health and remission of symptoms and or illness could be from natural diminished health. Also note that the country of Germany banned the use of metal tooth cavity fillings in the year 2000 due to fear that EMP ( electro magnetic Pulse ) energy would adversely affect the health of those with metal fillings, EMP causes a field to increase at points where metal is present. Invariably many people have come to recognize the chem trail spraying from planes where aluminium, titanium, barium are liberally inhaled by virtually the entire population, where the absorption of metal into the body certainly has some appreciable value in acting as a lightning rod for EMP to affect a person in ways similar to exposure on highways discussed above. Not to get too far afield in the discussion but HARRP in Alaska is a tesla transformer like device capable of pulse EMP transmissions, many independent investigations assert it appears correctly that it can be used as a weapon on populations, which has been determined from research to be true.

The MIC (Military Industrial Complex ) together with and in cooperation with intelligence agencies from all countries are using various radio "frequency spectrum energy" weapons which are silent and deadly. Implantable chips are in and of themselves safe enough if used as publically specified; to identify or locate. However no one has been willing to speak up about how thwy have been used to cause illness, disease, and death.

The reasons are multiple and further alluded to further in this investigation; suffice it to say that the compromised CIA ( Central Intelligence Agency ) under MKULTRA has as a stated mandate specified in Senate Subcommittee hearing chaired by Admiral Stansfield Turner to be as follows; all such testing of chemical, biological, and or other weapons such as electronic methods pertaining to their effects on United States agents or citizens need be explored in such a way as to duplicate those effects to determine appropriate countermeasures. This means that the government spooks can do anything to anybody any time for any reason; and they have been infiltrated to the extent that the resultant use of these weapons are being used for another even more sinister purpose if one could consider one worse than the other that is! The unfortunate truth is that a much more serious danger has surfaced and is elaborated further on.
 

A common denominator has been determined to exist in most of the weapons attacks whether electronic, biological, or chemical. It has not been 100% effective, but approaches complete elimination of the effects which if left unchecked would lead to serious illness, disease, or death. The brain is the key organ in MKULTRA and other attack projects; in all of these projects the chemistry of the brain is altered important chemicals are reduced causing degraded ability of the will, judgement, immune system, increased aggressiveness in some cases, irrational acts, depression, alzheimers like symptoms, insanity and a long list of other symptoms ( see "Symptoms List" ).

The brains chemistry of Seratonin and neurotransmitters are reduced causing such changes in physiology and mental state. The evidence of this is both textbook and investigatively been verified!

THE REMEDY:

So then I will get to the point without explanation of how and why. I do this because the "remedy" to the how and why is critical to the health and welfare of your elderly mothers and fathers, and children, not to mention the broad age range in the middle, from 20 to 60.

The best defence is an offence, it cannot be stressed strongly enough that supplaments are the first line of defence against such attacks.
 

Little known supplaments are the key to reversing much of the effects of these electronic, chemical, and biological attacks. It may be that what here sounds so simple was extrodinarily difficult to discover. Amino acid complex supplaments are the fundamental key to reversing the damage and staving off a fall into illness. This supplament optimally has 18 of the amino acids. It is critical to recognize that this supplament is the remedy. Not being a Doctor I can only tell you what directly counters the depletion of seratonin and neurotransmitters in the brain resulting from such attacks. You should consult dietary information as to the benefits and possible negative effects of which there are some; generally of the 18 usual amino acids a few may cause negative effects in people with conditions, and those negative amino acids can be ommitted as amino acids are available singly as well as together. It should not be taken lightly as to the effectiveness of such a remedy, it is available in most health stores. Human Growth Hormone has some 191 amino acids, its use should be throughly researched before using as the constituents vary and purity has been called into question for some brands and or formulas; there can be negative side effects and its use is not relevant to a remedy as the supplament of "amino acid complex" mantioned before suffices to gain the desired positive effects in raising the serotonin and neurotransmitter chestry of the brain resulting from radio frequency, chemical, and biological attacks. The understanding of how MKULTRA can be greatly nullified was through an understanding of the common denominator underlying its effectiveness in controlling the minds of people, that is the reduction of mental capacity by reducing the chemicals necessary to maintain brain chemistry balance.

It will be wise to note that chemical and biological weapons tests, and attacks cannot be expected to be countered for their immediate negative effects by amino acid complex supplaments. However after the effects of biological or chemical wore off on the body, where they had a mind altering action; amino acids would play a key role in reinforcing normal brain function which might not take place naturally as quickly as with the addition of a supplament.

CHIPPED WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT

Under specific United States Code, Title 50 "War and National Defence", Subpart 1520a (usually hidden as an ammendment in the back pocket of that volume); no permission or knowledge need be given to a population or person so long as the exposure to chemical, biological, and binary electromagnetic spectrum energy coupled with either or biological and or chemical agent. As long as such exposure has to do with either " Industry or Research "; thats a little like saying the doctor cannot administer the test/attack, but truck drivers can.

Implantable chips have been used on an enormous number of people! The symptoms are key to determining whether you have been targeted. Now however before you say " Not Me " it will be wise of you to learn about Astronaut John Glenn who became a Senator; this esteemed nationally famous person proposed a bill before his fellow Senators to close the loopholes in human experimentation, his bill was turned down. The importance of his bill lay in the speech he gave to the other Senators. In his speech he makes an emotional plea that stated; Your wife, your husband, your daughter, or your son could go to the hospital and be given radiation and or drugs without their knowledge or permission and not be aware of it, not be told of it; people would say that could not happen in our country, yet it is happening all the time. Thats right ladies and gentlemen John Glenn as Senator said that in the Senate, and he is a person in the know! He apparently is reluctant to say implant, and considering his close ties to NASA and the military it seems he must have knownabout them and been politically correct in not adding chips to the list of covert procedures.

Now implants are tiny electronic devices; in history the ability to create tiny devices suitable for implantation is some 40+ years old. The ability and drive of the MIC ( Military Industrial Complex ) to find a need and do it is as easy as saying typing this sentence. In a farewell speech by President Eisenhower he stated that we the people must be on guard that the MIC not runaway out of control, a man who served as the " Supreme Allied Commander " of all Allied Forces in WW2 was in the know to make such a statement. Well he was right, and so was Glenn; we face a circumstance where attacks using implantable chips are being reported all over the United States only to be ignored by local, state, and federal authorities whom are under orders to do so.

Various types of chips for attack are in use today. All are capable of being used to terminate a subject, cause illness, and or disease. Specially designed chips operate differently as they have been produced as a result of different manufacturers producing different models for different purposes:

Methods to speed up the proces of debilitating a subject beyond depending on the chip to do its work are multiple, yet there is the same common denominator thread as to their ultimate methodology wherein the use of directional, microwave, radio frequency beam, uhf, vlf, acoustic and other energies; where they all cause depletion of neurotransmitters in the brain. It may seem on the face of it no one would be able to train beams of energy upon you without your noticing it, however it can be done without your knowing unless your taught what to look for. In the Senate Subcommittee hearing held by Admiral Stansfield Turner a portion of the transcript from the U.S. Governemnt printing office states that a braod demographic range of subjects were used without their knowlede or permission. That means that anyone and everyone could and were used in the experiments carried out particularily by the CIA ( Central Intelligence Agency ). The number of persons alluded to having been experimented on was claimed to be limited during that period of some 30 years ago; today the numbers have risen to out of control levels with a new agenda of population reduction. In particular test on young are being done on a large scale, as well as on the elderly which are considered useless dead wood eaters by those in the policy making positions. Beyond this agenda are people whom are economic success stories, independent reporters, activists, political figures, straight arrow active and retired military and their wives together with military based manufacturing and research personnel, and just ordinary folks who happen to live near one of the operatives. A great deal of the hearing in the Senate related to MKULTRA involved drugging men and women without their knowledge, it is apparent that such debilitation of the subject can very effectively be used to jup start the process of decreasing neurotransmitter levels of the brain of a subject allowing more rapid nervous system sensitivity to then carry out electronic manipulation; as such sensitivity induced in a subject allows the electronic manipulation to be more potent with the same level of energy beamed at a subject.

In consideration of a common denominator of MKULTRA and implantable chips where the techniqes are used to modify the brains chemistry to influence the willpower, behaviour, perception for control of a subject. The techniques fundamentally cause irregular firing of the synapses effectively scrambling thought processes. To couch the condition with a phrase subjects have had their nervous system put into a "state of heightened sensitivity". This heightened state when applied to implantable chips prevents a clear identicication in localizing where the origin of a covert chip has been placed, indeed the heightened sensitivity is so effective in masking the localized sensation a subject may fail to come to the conclusion of a chip being responsible at all for their condition. Once the sensitivity is heightened by dropping the level of neurotransmitters a subject has difficulty in discerning sensation wherein if energy was outputted from an implantable chip causing a shock, the sensitivity of the nervous system is so high that the sensation would not be confined to the region adjacent to the chip but be felt in such a wide area as to effectively mask the perception of the location of the chip in say the eustacheon tube, base of the neck, behind the eye, leg, uterus, back ect.
 
 

Types of chips and methods:

1.) Simple readable code output chip.
a. can be read by a scanner sensor swiped over the area.
b. can be located from a distance despite the absence of GPS ( Ground Positioning System ) electronics using sensitive radio frequency detectors at distances of from 10 ft. to 100 yards depending upon interferrence in the area where the detector is present; the location need not be triangulated precisely as a return signal to the operators detection equipment would receive interferrence from the chip allowing an operator to subsequently send a signal to its position, such signals sent to the chips position can be as various as Microwave, LFMF ( Low Frequency Magnetic Field ), E-Field generator frequencies, ULF ( Ultra Low Frequencies ),VHF ( Very High Frequencies ), ULF ( Ultra Low Frequencies ), EMP ( ElectroMagnetic Pulse ) ; once such a chip was located almost any of the energies mentioned in this sentence could be sent to the chips location from very great distances. Where proximity to the chip allows, infrasonic energy can be beamed at a subject using parametric amplifiers ( solid state transducer speakers ). Such energies would be potentially sent from two different sources at slightly different frequencies and whereupon when entering the subject in a virtual crossfire demodulate creating audible noise, or silent debilitating effects, as well as death. (a) Prohibited activities
The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by
contract) -
(1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical
agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or
(2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent
on human subjects.
(b) Exceptions
Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the
prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a
test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
(1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,
therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or
research activity.

the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to
be conducted by the Department of Defense (whether directly or
under contract) involving the use of human subjects for the testing
of a chemical agent or a biological agent, the Secretary of Defense
shall submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate and
the Committee on National Security of the House of Representatives
a report setting forth a full accounting of those plans, and the
experiment or study may then be conducted only after the end of the
30-day period beginning on the date such report is received by
those committees.
(e) ''Biological agent'' defined
In this section, the term ''biological agent'' means any
micro-organism (including bacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsiac, or
protozoa), pathogen, or infectious substance, and any naturally
occurring, bioengineered, or synthesized component of any such
micro-organism, pathogen, or infectious substance, whatever its
origin or method of production, that is capable of causing -
(1) death, disease, or other biological malfunction in a human,
an animal, a plant, or another living organism;
(2) deterioration of food, water, equipment, supplies, or
materials of any kind; or
(3) deleterious alteration of the environment.

paralegal, minister, mormon priest, scientists, housewives, engineers,
students, petty officer first class, representative, teachers,
professors, Ex generals wife, commanders wife,
bank security repair business owner, photographer, day care worker,
military engineer, 80 & 60 yr old women, coach, 51 yr old mother of 3.
Many have histories pointing to an agenda of attacks on them for
a goal by those launching the attacks, such as. There are thousands
openly being attacked, this is being done to advertise
the power of those committing these atrocities in order to
frighten into silence authorities that may call for secret
testing on millions of the population to stop.
Despite the fact that many people did answer the above
advertisement in the affirmative, it is believed that
many people did not respond because of the potential
effects such an admission would adversely affect their health
insurance and or other personal relationship factors, in light

that civil servant and military workers are loath to admit

The persons who responded to the above advertisement
had no idea they have been targeted, and it is apparent
to this investigation that those engaging in the attack in
some cases were fed disinformation against the subject
in order to enlist them into using their homes for
surveillance against them. Serious disease and death
have resulted in reports from around the country.
The high tech so called surveillance devices left in
homes by the organization behind the scenes is used
to experiment, torture and kill subjects without the
knowledge of those who allow the machines into

Targeting of a Subject, Techniques
The target is picked and we will say it is a woman. The organization
representative targeting her will recruit her neighbors in their efforts.

sensor produces an electrical signal corresponding to the pressure. A
processor processes the electrical signal to detect the thought,
generates the control instruction in response to the detection, and
sends a control instruction to an output peripheral which provides an
output control function corresponding to the control instruction.
