Welcome to protest 1520a we all thank you for coming, but remember those future generations which are not even born yet, who will owe their lives to you, for coming here and taking up the slack/// that the main stream media and Congress have have become derelict in taking action. 

The US Code Law Title 50 War and National Defense subpart 1520a conveniently added to the CODE in the back pocket of the hard copy books in libraries. 

It is the foundation of the LOSS of our rights, and is actively being used to do deadly harm to all of us. 
Allows for the use on all and any American, biological and chemical warfare agents together with electronic and radiation weapons of mass destruction! Activists for all causes are targets to use this law to declare them a legal target to experiment and kill or maim, effectively stopping their effort to cause beneficial change. These weapons are in the hands of hundreds of thousands of operatives actively attacking virtually the entire population using one form or another and combinations of these weapons systems! 

I want to start off by saying a word as to those of you here and those that cannot attend. Thank You all for supporting this effort. One person in particular her name is Patty deserves credit for her untiring effort to get the word out and her other contributions, Also I wish to thank those in civil service who are supporters within the military, cia, nsa, fbi and the police departments around the country of which a large majority of those in the agencies mentioned also support and helped promote our efforts here, as they are concerned and afraid of the path the leadership has taken. 

There are of course people in those agencies which are the reason we have had to come here today and start to reverse the dangerous trends they have initiated, in taking away your rights.

Now before I go on, we all understand that you have different priorities in regard to the reasons you have traveled here. But before we enter into a discussion into the various reasons it should be of paramount importance to all of you that the priority in "my opinion" is to reverse US Code 1520a "war and national defense" where it states that the government can expose you and your children to biological, chemical and electronic weapon testing regardless of the risk to life and health. There is documented evidence that this law is being used to kill activists and others including the elderly and children in part to eliminate dissent of legitimate concerns and . That right people like yourselves are being killed literally by thugs enlisted through US government AUSPICES. 

I BRING THIS TO YOUR ATTENTION FOR A REASON. We must first defeat this law to guarantee that we are not killed or otherwise incapacitated now or in the future because the government has a policy to physically destroy activists. If we do not overturn this law we will be under siege while we endeavor to change other laws. It is the foundation of all of our efforts. You You You who have a different priority great, but consider that the government considers you a dissident and will possibly target you UNDER THE LAW 1520a, and therefore you must make it your TOP priority. 

I reach out to you all ! To President George Bush and Dick Chenny Chief of Staff General Meyers, Mr. Tennet, Mr. Ashcroft, Congress and the Senate and White House Spokesperson Mrs. Bush remove the law 1520a which is being used by many agencies to kill or injure hundreds of thousands across the country every year. In my own home White House Spokesperson Mrs. Bush the neighbors are attacking me with radio frequency weapons and acoustic weapons, White House Spokesperson Mrs. Bush my Police Dept. told me on Christmas eve that they are Military and can't help me or they will get into trouble. There is an article in the Constitution that calls for the dissolution of the governemnt by any means possible when the government kills its own people. The leadership of this nation must remove from the books any law such as allows for the torture and murder of the people secretly in their own homes, and order enforcement to stop it. Executive orders state that liability punitive damages of no more than 250,000 be allowed " IF and get this " IF THEY ARE CAUGHT. Hitler would have clapped if alive. 

Chemtrails are directly related to the 1520a law. At this moment an agreement called TOS is in place allowing over flights without interference of foreign aircraft. It is known that US military and these foreign aircraft are flying and Spraying substances. The government wont say what's being sprayed, but we have a number of persons who have analyized some of these sprays and found them to create immune system problems, illness and death, immune system destroying chemicals and biological substances. We demand a civilian assay chemical analysis of the materials used, and a civilian review of the need to do such spraying at all; Us ---NOT the Congress for they who have ignored us and our being attacked is the reason we have traveled here to serve notice that we are taking back what was written in stone-- The Constitution and the Bill of rights. Let the rest of the world adopt our political structure instead of forcing us to adopt theirs where they have no rights. 

The globalists are destroying jobs and the middle and lower middle class by giving too little to the worker. They seem to wish to have a poor and elite rich as the two main classes of people, they seem to want a working poor and this is something that can be avoided. 

King George as you have made yourself King Jury and Executioner why not flex your muscles in the right direction like Jack Kennedy and Eliminate the private company hiding under a name that sounds like its a government Agency the FED under Alan Greenspan and form a United States Bank and stop paying those thieves. Also eliminate the Foreign and illegal CFR {committee for Foreign Relations} which has never been authorized by congress to exist and dictates laws to us from across the ocean to both get out of the country, because Mr. and Mrs. Bush they are taking it over.

A global world would not be such a troubling thing to consider being under;; if it WERE FAIR, and was not killing its own people. The mass media have become the tools of the few who have no love of the women and children that they surely play a major role in protecting. You out there somewhere the agents sent here to watch listen and maybe agitate , you and your wives and children are under attack from spraying immune system destroying materials, sprayed everyday, everywhere in this nation but especially LISTEN TO ME ON THE CHILLL DDDRREENN. Do you take orders so blindly that you cannot see the tyranny of what I have said so far. 

You out there in the military we are going to educate you as to the treason taking place from orders of higher-ups that have been subverted to an agenda that includes surrender of your rights and allowing secret murder of people in their homes without warning using silent weapons under 1520a. We these people will come away from this conference with an agenda to educate your people in the military as to these treason's, and God help you who stand in their way as the light goes on and the truth begins to be understood. 

Beware and a warning to all, there are planned disasters ahead;; planned by secret agencies in THIS COUNTRY to become the reasons to furtehr reduce your rights and have a perpetual marshall law atmosphere. This is our doom in even protesting and therefore we must become as ONE with all our agendas and MORE agendas. To do the following. To educate the military and police as to the treason being actioned against us and others under 1520a and demand it be overturned as a law. And to follow as groups all high political persons and to shout out and protest 1520a and other injustice that they are personally aware of, and force them to address it often and loudly or suffer being hounded and embarrassed before their friends and family for permitting the murder and assaults against citizens. 

Most of you know about the legal system being run like a crime syndicate, and this too is on the agenda for them to either become just or risk their own founding fathers enforceable legal remedy.

4.) To continue allowing the Globalists agenda of reducing the population. 
5.) To allow the Globalists to continue suppressing technology that can eliminate basic problems of society, The Russian, Chinese, and Europeans know and have such technology and all keep it from the masses.

14.) To continue to allow any president to pass laws without congress, and or have congress not even read a bill before passing as the Patriot bill eliminating your rights was. 
15.) To continue secretly using silent weapons on us in our homes as they are doing, Secretly and without warning as allowed under 1520a.
16.) To continue to disarm the american public completely. 
17.) To continue to open the borders from canada to argentina without consideration to gradual adjustment, and back up their actions with Foreign police under UN agreement. In fact there is information that these foreign police troops are already stationed in the US and have biological tanker trucks for some reason, lol

19.) To continue to suppress technology which can heal most of the ecological, and energy problems faced, while embracing a population reduction solution as is being widely reported that there is such intention.

To have repeated evidence of government sponsored drug trafficking, virtually selling drugs to our people and then locking them up on first offenses, to the tune of 7.2 million and rising - americans in jail. Is this some money making scheme to place people in jail that the system cannot make enough jobs for. 
21.) To continue to reduce the economy of the working man to a level where they are mere slaves to existence, by engaging in trade and other economic arrangements that destroy the family. 
22.) To continue to allow Government connections in Hollywood to dumb down the youth with adrenaline rushes of drugs and violence. The reduction of effective Public schooling in effect dumbing down the children; so they can be directed like sheep to accept whatever is handed them. 
23.) To continue the promotion of injecting chips in the children for locating them, but which can be used to harm them as they become targets by electronic devices that will certainly be abused and used to shorten their lives as the New Word Order's Agenda Dictates.
24.) To continue to deny the founders purposeful incorporation of permission to reflect upon ones religion in school. 

WE WILL REMAIN SILENT NO LONGER, We the leadership have heard the Founding Fathers call, and have answered by being here today, to rapidly fix that which has broken. In these times of retaliation against a foe for attacking the Twin Towers I would declare that of course respect must be given the leader of the US in this time of crisis, however lest us not forget that the extraordinarily technical war making ability hinges not on the president but on 18 and 20 something year old private's in the military, they are the ones who are the US army, and they could without any general do the job of general as good as or better than the current generals; they are smart and strong. This current conflict will not be an excuse to squash dissent where there is deliberate secret murder and torture of women and children.....So Mr. President remember as it begins to sink into the 3 million privates of the US army that you have complete knowledge of the wrong doings against men Women and CHILDREN, believe me Sir you had better act to stop the torture and the constant spraying of us, the people who are the true leaders of this country.

PRESIDENT, If you require help we will help you if you are dealing with a run away rogue organization in this regard. THESE TERRORIST ATTACKS must stop or as in the greatest patriotic tradition we will stop them, and find a strong enough leader in that process to do so. 

Do not be mistaken, disinformed, or misguided as to our determination to see a rapid end to this problem of domestic terrorism being done under the law 1520a and other similar legal allowances to kill and maim us.

Your Jobs are to educate the social circles of politicians and military in your areas. Find your neighbors and actively pass out flyers to all you come in contact with. Track down and find all public functions and direct questions loudly as to whether they support spraying the women and children of their area with immune system damaging substances from foreign aircraft permitted to and without restriction, and do they support the use of silent electronic weapons to kill people in their own homes now being done. Make sure their friends know. Do the same to any large media CEO's and Reporters. But especially find military and educate them as to what the administration is doing to the women and children. Get people organized in your area. Make it a social event. And Everyone remember the fate of the country rests on your shoulders. Those of you who can, move here to Washington D.C. to act as a close in lobby protest group, to make sure that the congress is awake to the outrage we feel. They are making our lives a living hell, and damn we want their company to share in the misery. 

Of course launch some class action suits also! 

We have no humor today except to know that the day will come when we will be safe again from tyranny and be able to laugh once again!! I have one last thing to say to all of you " GROW " 

In 1948 Norbert Weiner published a book, CYBERNETICS, defined as a neurological communication and control theory already in use in small circles at that time. Yoneji Masuda, Father of Information Society, stated his concern in 1980 that our liberty is threatened Orwellian-style by cybernetic technology totally unknown to most people. This technology links the brains of people via implanted microchips to satellites controlled by ground-based super-computers.

The first brain implants were surgically inserted in 1974 in the state of Ohio, U.S.A., and also in Stockholm, Sweden. Brain electrodes were inserted into the skulls of babies in 1946 without the knowledge of their parents. In the 50's and 60's, electrical implants were inserted into the brains of animals and humans, especially in the U.S., during research into behavior modification, and brain and body functioning.

Mind control (MC) methods were used in attempts to change human behavior and attitudes. Influencing brain functions became an important goal of military and intelligence services. Thirty years ago brain implants showed up in x-rays the size of one centimeter. Subsequent implants shrunk to the size of a grain of rice. They were made of silicon, later still of gallium arsenate. Today they are small enough to be inserted into the neck or back, and also intravenously in different parts of the body during surgical operations, with or without the consent of the subject. It is now almost impossible to detect or remove them.

It is technically possible for every newborn to be injected with a microchip, which could then function to identify the person for the rest of his or her life. Such plans are secretly being discussed in the U.S. without any public airing of the privacy issues involved. In Sweden, Prime Minister Olof Palme gave permission in 1973 to implant prisoners, and Data Inspection's ex-Director General Jan Freese revealed that nursing-home patients were implanted in the mid-1980's. The technology is revealed in the 1972:47 Swedish state report, STATENS OFFICIELLAUTRADNINGER (SOU).

Implanted human beings can be followed anywhere. Their brain functions can then be remotely monitored by supercomputers and even altered through the changing of frequencies. Guinea-pigs in secret experiments have included prisoners, soldiers, mental patients, handicapped children, deaf and blind people, homosexuals, single women, the elderly, school children and any group of people considered marginal by the elite experimenters. The published experiences of prisoners in Utah State Prison, for example, are shocking to the conscience. Today's microchips operate by means of low-frequency radio waves that target them. With the help of satellites, the implanted person can be tracked anywhere on the globe. Such a technique was among a number tested in the Iraq war, according to Dr. Carl Sanders, who invented the intelligence-manned interface (IMI) biotic, which is injected into people. (Earlier during the Vietnam War, soldiers were injected with the Rambo chip, designed to increase adrenaline flow into the bloodstream.) 

The U.S. National Security Agency's (NSA) 20 billion bits/second supercomputers could now see and hear what soldiers experience in the battlefield with a remote monitoring system (RMS). When a 5-micromillimeter microchip (the diameter of a strand of hair is 50 micro-millimeters) is placed into optical nerve of the eye, it draws neuroimpulses from the brain that embody the experiences, smells, sights and voice of the implanted person. Once transferred and stored in a computer, these neuroimpulses can be projected back to the person's brain via the microchip to be re-experienced. 

Using a RMS, a land-based computer operator can send electromagnetic messages (encoded as signals)to the nervous system, affecting the target's performance. With RMS, healthy persons can be induced to see hallucinations and to hear voices in their heads. Every thought, reaction, hearing and visual observation causes a certain neurological potential, spikes, and patterns in the brain and its electromagnetic fields, which can now be decoded into thoughts, pictures and voices. Electromagnetic stimulation can therefore change a person's brain waves and affect muscular activity, causing painful muscular cramps experienced as torture. 

The NSA's electronic surveillance system can simultaneously follow and handle millions of people. Each of us has a unique bioelectrical resonance frequency in the brain, just like we have unique fingerprints. With electro-magnetic frequency (EMF) brain stimulation fully coded, pulsating electromagnetic signals can be sent to the brain, causing the desired voice and visual effects to be experienced by the target. This is a form of electronic warfare. U.S. astronauts were implanted before they were sent into space so their thoughts could be followed and all their emotions could be registered 24 hours a day. The Washington Post reported in in May 1995 that Prince William of Great Britain was implanted at the age of 12. Thus, if he were ever kidnapped, a radio wave with a specific frequency could be targeted to his microchip. The chip's signal would be routed through a satellite to the computer screen of police headquarters, where the Prince's movements could be followed. He could actually be located anywhere on the globe.

The mass media have not reported that an implanted person's privacy vanishes for the rest of his or her life. S/he can be manipulated in many ways. Using different frequencies, the secret controller of this equipment can even change a person's emotional life. S/he can be made aggressive or lethargic. Sexuality can be artificially influenced. Thought signals and subconscious thinking can be read, dreams affected and even induced, all without the knowledge or consent of the implanted person. A perfect cyber-soldier can thus be created. This secret technology has been used by military forces in certain NATO countries since the 1980's without civilian and academic populations having heard anything about it. Thus, little information about such invasive mind-control systems is available in professional and academic journals. 

The NSA's Signals Intelligence can remotely monitor information from human brains by decoding the evoked potentials (3.50HZ, 5 milliwatt) emitted by the brain. Prisoner experimentees in both Gothenburg, Sweden and Vienna, Austria have been found to have [missing word] brain lesions. Diminished blood circulation and lack of oxygen in the right temporal frontal lobes result where brain implants are usually operative. A Finnish experimentee experienced brain atrophy and intermittent attacks of unconsciousness due to lack of oxygen. 

Mind control techniques can be used for political purposes. The goal of mind controllers today is to induce the targeted persons or groups to act against his or her own convictions and best interests. Zombified individuals can even be programmed to murder and remember nothing of their crime afterward. Alarming examples of this phenomenon can be found in the U.S. This silent war is being conducted against unknowing civilians and soldiers by military and intelligence agencies. Since 1980 electronic stimulation of the brain (ESB) has been secretly used to control people targeted without their knowledge or consent. All international human rights agreements forbid nonconsensual manipulation of human beings even in prisons, not to speak of civilian populations. 

Under an initiative of U.S. Senator John Glenn, discussions commenced in January 1997 about the dangers of radiating civilian populations. Targeting people's brain functions with electromagnetic fields and beams (from helicopters and airplanes, satellites, from parked white vans, neighboring houses, telephone poles, electrical appliances, mobile phones, TV, radio, etc.), is part of the radiation problem that should be addressed in democratically elected government bodies. In addition to electronic MC, chemical methods have also been developed. Mind-altering drugs and different smelling gasses affecting brain function negatively can be injected into air ducts or water pipes. Also, bacteria and viruses have been tested this way in several countries. Today's super-technology, connecting our brain functions via microchips (or even without them, according to the latest technology) to computers via satellites in the U.S. or Israel, poses the gravest threat to humanity. 

The latest supercomputers are powerful enough to monitor the whole world's population. What will happen when people are tempted by false premises to allow microchips into their bodies? One lure will be a microchip identity card. Compulsory legislation has even been secretly proposed in the U.S. to criminalize removal of an ID implant. 

Are we ready for the mobilization of mankind and the total elimination of privacy, including freedom of thought? How many of us would want to cede our entire life, including our most secret thoughts, to Big Brother? Yet the technology exists to create a totalitarian New World Order. Covert neurological communication systems are in place to counteract independent thinking and to control social and political activity on behalf of self-serving private and military interests. When our brain functions are already connected to supercomputers by means of radio implants and microchips, it will be too late for protest. This threat can be defeated only by educating the public, using available literature on biotelemetry and information exchanged at international congresses.

One reason this technology has remained a state secret is the widespread prestige of the psychiatric DIAGNOSTIC STATISTICAL MANUAL IV produced by the U.S. American Psychiatric Association (APA), and printed in 18 languages. Psychiatrists working for U.S. intelligence agencies no doubt participated in writing and revising this manual. This psychiatric bible covers up the secret development of MC technologies by labeling some of their effects as symptoms of paranoid schizophrenia. Victims of mind control experimentation are thus routinely diagnosed, knee-jerk fashion, as mentally ill by doctors who learned the DSM symptom list in medical school. Physicians have not been schooled that patients may be telling the truth when they report being targeted against their will or being used as guinea pigs for electronic, chemical and bacteriological forms of psychological warfare. Time is running out for changing the direction of military medicine, and ensuring the future of human freedom.

4.) Unmarked Planes are spraying across the country, many report birth defects in animals and drought; analysis of some of the chemtrail spraying has been determined to cause drying effects ans well as chemicals known to deplete the immune system. 
5.) The fourth Amendment has been eliminated. 
6.) Laws are being proposed to eliminate jury trials. 
7.) Activists and many others are being tortured an murdered in their own homes by U.S. government agencies with electronic weapons. 
8.) The main stream media is under strict control and does not report much of what is going on, this may change due to the extremes that are being done to the American people.
9.) More extreme legislation allows under U.S. Code - Title 50 subpart 1520a for using biological, chemical and electronic weapons on the American public without their knowledge or consent. 
10.) A secret meeting at the UN has called for a New World Government where the ordinary citizzens in it have no rights. The United States endorsed it and is following a carefully method to remove their rights while using the current war as a cover to do it.

Many reliable reports stste that there is an effort being made to depopulate the planet due to the dwindling resources and the immanent melting of the Nort Pole which will cause the ocean currents to wipe out the Sargasso Sea where 30% + of the worlds oxygen is produced. The ruling elite have technology to avert this but believe that it should be allowed to come to pass; because from a standpoint of management the worlds population is too large. Fact is they are really mentally ill and selfish people.
