Regarding people who are being attacked there are two issues,
1. Directed Energy

1. Directed energy and its technique of operation for a substantial number of victims has to do with the need to cause the body's nervous system to be chemically altered.
Such alteration occurs from repeated electromagnetic bombardment from a combination of implants and directed energy sources. The sensitization of the nervous system can be equated in terms of the synapse activity as highly sensitive and therefore a synapse activity throughout the body travels further then its usual isolated area of activity, where neurons adjacent to other neurons can be stimulated into activity where they would not ordinarily. Such sensitivity aides in destabilization of a persons chemistry and allows the signals from the body to carry further towards a receiver inside the body of an example of purpose.
Remedy although not a panacea for sensitization is the inclusion of various supplements and cooling of the body especially while sleeping. Reports from across the world have indicated that during sleep in particular radio frequency energy is being used to short term super heating of the body and cause limited heat stroke conditioning of the nervous system.
Cooling of the body by air conditioning kept at 68 degrees maximum has been found to be insufficient to counter act the heat conditioning process. However a simple water bed or simpler inflatable pool float partially filled with water, to sleep on has shown a capability to reduce heat processing techniques being used. Coughing from reduced immune system accumulation of bacteria in the trachea can be countered where; a person waking up after sleeping on the cooling pad coughing can develop a bronchitis like symptoms unless the following counter action is applied at the time of coughing. By using a common hair dryer set to hot and held at arms length from the face blowing the hot air towards the mouth and inhaling normally, coughing subsides in 10 - 15 minutes. It should be noted that chap stick or other production of the lips need be applied or cracking of the lips will occur.
Supplements of a critical nature to take for sleep deprivation in particular from the depletion of melatonin proven to occur from RF exposure in clinical experiments are
5-HTP (50 mg), and melatonin (3mg). Bursts of radio frequency electric energy at frequency rates are being used to wake the person up and increase their heart rate causing insomnia, as a matter of course such induced waking states often occur even with taking the above supplements after just one hour of sleep; upon being woken a person should take another dose of both 5-HTP and melatonin to go back to sleep.

The professional surgeons installing legal prescribed cochlear implants including types of the newest brain stem cochlear implant recommend to patients that after it is installed by surgery are told if they do not hear anything or hear something but not quiet a clear voice, they are cautioned by the doctor to carefully listen for anything and even to concentrate on any static or low volume voice. They do this because the brain upon hearing a source of noise assumed to be the cochlear implant output will cause their nervous system to actually grow neural connections to the cochlear implant electrodes and subsequently increase their chances substantially to have the cochlear implant allow them to hear normally.
With the above in mind I have recommended to modalities to knock out the voices. First I recommend that a person never pay attention so that the neuron connection degrades between the nervous system and the V2K Device. Who does the testing? Are they board certified to administer such test? Obviously if the information were to stand up in court, one would have to have the testimony of an expert witness.

Have you files a lawsuit against anyone yourself for the torture of yourself and your girlfriend?

The test will not determine where such an implanted device is, it determines that its in the body!
If removed, is it possible to get a reading on the encoded manufacturer's code that you know has to be there somewhere. If it is military, they don't do anything without documenting everything. With that information, we could find out where it was manufactured, where it was shipped to, where it ended up, who signed off on it as all phases and in turn bring those persons or organizations to justice.

You feel intense activity deep in the cave you attribute to directed energy, I assume because of the intensity being so high no other explanation seems viable.
