However I will say that brain fingerprinting

its labeled as an "alien abduction" when in actuality the agents are raping
and doing experiments including genetic modification of those abducted.
The beginnings of electronic weapons attack is sleep deprivation which
is naturally coupled with simultaneous decreasing of the brains natural
brain chemistry balance, this process is carried out with electronic weapons
technology as described above.
Upon The decrease in the
stability of the brains chemistry causes the synapses to fire indiscriminately
where for example you hear a sharp ordinary sound while in the dark a flicker

This is an example using a laymen's
explanation we use the following example: The brain with a normal chemistry
level is illustrated as a pail filled with water, the full pail representing
a normal level of brain chemistry, when the brain has implants or directed
affecting the chemistry it is like having a hole that drips out the water,
lowering the level of water and in effect the brains chemistry. The Jammer
Kit ( 11 ) below sends an AC & DC frequency modulated current into
the brain and causes the frequencies of the implant and directed energy
to be altered to other frequencies that are not harmful to the brain. The
hole ( implants / directed energy ) dripping out essential brain chemistry

The amplitude crest and trough of
the frequencies modulated current can in context of the potential difference
of the crest (High point of a single hertzian wave) as opposed to the trough

devices deviate in their frequency, intensity and direction of inductive
action as a result of corresponding alternating potentials and frequencies
from the jammer.
Therefore the path of least resistance
of the current from the jammer electrodes AC polarize and align to each
molecule and atom, in effect causing realignment of each molecules and
atoms outer shells electron valence bonds to temporarily realign
themselves to their neighboring atom or molecule along the shortest path
of least resistance to the implant or directed energy and cause the implant
and directed energy to be detoured from their programmed route of intersection
with the body tissue in such a way as to cause the implant and directed
energy to intersect with the polarized molecules and atoms affected by
the jammer 11 AC current reducing the efficiency of the implant and directed
energy output. This can be considered bias of an electron drift when taken
in context of the body tissue and implant being a circuit.
Also the various frequencies from
the jammer intersect in the conductive brain with the MC energy frequencies
when present ( there are several outputs from implants both voltage related
and frequency related ) and the two output frequencies become the sum of
the total canceling out portions of both thereby defeating the MC frequency
fragmenting it to a point where it no longer carries the information into
the nervous system as intended through design.

is used throughout the web site due primarily to the lack of knowledge
of the constituents of HGH ( human growth hormone ) where the constituents
of amino acids and their effects on health ( very healthy ) there are over
90 amino acids in HGH that have been unidentified to date. I do not take
HGH and don't particularly recommend it at all. But the amino acids are
precursors of brain chemistry, so the concept of whether to talk about
aceto-choline , calcium activity or serotonin are moot without autopsy

If you you have difficulty understanding
the above consider the following simplified Example: Its like having a
radio which for the purpose of example is the MC energy, the radio playing
has a tesla coil which emits a wide range of frequencies brought near it,
the tesla coil will be considered the jammer; upon the radio playing the
tesla coil being brought near causing the radio to emit static jamming
the radio. Warning Do Not use a tesla coil to jam, its been tried and it
will not work as simply as that, you can do harm to your brain and cornea
by cooking them inadvertently, the products below have somewhat a means
applied to a faraday cage to block energy, these are specialized units
not like common tesla coils in their configuration.
If anyone says the jammer
will not work they are a perp period! The perps make friends of you, and
gain your confidence to steer you the way they wish, your in their program.
They get paid to do this, that's the way they operate. The perps
near you are paid well also.
Some people ask how and why
the jammer 11 works, that are very educated. The fact is many very educated
people have tried to stop and detect the attack energy and failed, some
are perps who have faked trying to do something about stopping it. I have
several
US Patents to my name, back in 1988 I sent information to then President
George Bush Sr. with diagrams of my inflatable
space station and received no reply at all, about 5 months later I
then put advertisements in the Wall St. Journal and New York Times in the
"capital wanted section" saying Capital wanted for multi billion dollar
real estate project; a few months after that Bush Sr. announced he was
starting an inflatable space station program with 40 billion dollars from
the Dept. of Energy and stopping funding for NASA; his claim was they could
do everything NASA wanted 400 billion dollars to do for 40 billion. A public
fight in the news papers ensued where NASA said the technology would not
be feasible and the president was ill advised, in the newspapers Bush countered
and stated he had moles in NASA saying that NASA's own research papers
showed it could be done. As for me I was ripped off, but the story continues,
I got invited to a Corp in Huntsville Alabama that builds spy satellites
and in was given permission to use their name at the bidders conference
at Lawrence Livermore Laboratory to which I had received an invitation
without asking. I went of course and distributed my info package to the
approximately 100 other company representatives espousing the obvious advantages
of the technology I had patented to build an inflatable space station over
the Bush 1958 technology of an tire tube like method which was inherently
dangerous. Anyway the project was apparently bound for fabrication for
some 18 months with congressmen kissing the presidents ass in anticipation
that if NASA lost 200 billion Bush had the wherewithal to guide 40 billion
somewhere, and maybe to their state; well here I was ripped off for the
general idea and of course aggravated about the use of a dangerous methodology
when I discovered to my surprise I would make money off the program because
I had in my patent something none of the other patents about inflatable
space stations had, which was a means to connect one module to another.
But then I faxed a comparison of the Bush intended inflatable with my technology
to Admiral Watkins then Head of the Dept. of Energy's private secretary,
and several months later a surprise occurred that the program was canceled
and get this because Livermore Laboratory had a mandate to do defense related
projects only.
Another project seems to have been
stolen also, recently an aircraft was video taped over Albany NY and my
brother called me and told me he thinks he just saw my Patented
and Copyrighted Transatmospheric craft on TV and that it was called
a UFO and the FBI seized the original video of it from FOX 21 TV station
Albany, well I look and compare the pictures and there is an 95% chance
it is my patented aircraft. Then I began to wonder am I being murdered
by implant/directed energy because they owe me money. That's just part
of what's going on. If they actually put it in production I may get compensation
except I heard in Nov. 2002 that the president says they can seize any
property including intellectual without compensation. Now there is a story
that leads up to my being attacked, and it goes like this, in 1988 I answered
a news group post saying help I'm being attacked with electronic weapons,
I answered and sent information as to faraday cages, and EMP to knockout
the implant devices, then the correspondence dropped off till 1999 and
I sent similar info to others asking for help and also began a web site
with much about human experimentation, at that time in mid august I was
in the middle of filing an Initial Public Offering of my then
new corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the space
station patent, at that time I got a phone call from a woman who is
the estranged wife of a Retired colonel in the marine corps head of wetops
NATO, she told me that high brass and politicians were swearing allegiance
to foreign organizations and involved with child sex; the very next day
I was violently attacked in my home with energy pulses like 220 volts and
later temporarily blinded. There is much more to the story. But here we
are 3 years after being attacked like that and discovered jammer 11 i gave
it the 11 designation because we all deserve to feel we have " won one
".
As to whether jammer actually works,
it does! As to how, it works in the following way; "bias"! BIAS as a function
and explanation of jamming is not to be considered a difficult means to
cause a fragmentation of a signal. Consider for a moment that you have
a signal you want to distort and it happens to be inside a salt solution
namely the body. Insertion of specific AC frequencies by electrodes and
it will simply bias the signal present in the solution. The answer sounds
maybe too simple but often complex problems have simple solutions, much
like my other inventions. For example if you would ask what specific frequency
is the implant output affected by, I would have to say that the answer
is not frequency relevant but "BIAS" relevant. If anyone pretends to say
after study of the jammer that such and such a frequency is responsible
they will be incorrect, a wide range of AC frequencies can jam the implant/directed
energy because the BIAS is causing the signals of the implant and directed
energy to distort and change. In addition the implant is known to have
a transducer ( solid state microphone and speaker) which being pumped by
the jammers multiple output induces the implant transducer to energize
with energy it cannot handle as an input because the jammer output exceeds
the implants capability, the jammer output literally pumps multiple DC,
AC, frequency current into the implants transducer causing stray capacitance
build up within portions of the implants circuitry, causing the implant
to malfunction as well as jam it with frequencies.

Lets take it a step further if we
consider exactly what's happening , BIAS in this instance is no less similar
than taking a random energy input of sufficient frequency speed over a
wide range and applying it to cause the sum of the total together with
the implant/directed energy to alter the frequencies of the implant and
directed energy into frequencies that are not intended, in effect distorting
them. Furthermore, getting more detailed, the output of the implant/directed
vary considerably ( again in the notes, put there for anyone to read and
fabricate for free ) are I believe camouflaged as brain wave frequencies
when not just pulsing the life out of someone are neurophonic in nature
( meaning they are to some degree explained as follows ( hertzian sine
waves have a crest and trough, the neurophone and microwave methods of
mind control energies induce energy into a person utilizing a relative
common denominator, where the top crest is used only and the rest of the
wave deleted from the output of the implant/directed energy; this dot dash
output is virtually voltage in dots and dashes, whereupon the BIAS of the
relatively wide frequency jammer interferes with this output of MC energy
in a shotgun manner distorting it. )
What is the frequency of implants
and directed energy, well we described how the frequencies of implants
and directed energy are jammed, and see an immediate capability not only
where we now can see the signature of both with Kit 22 but will soon be
able to announce the actual frequencies related to some of the outputs
as there are several discussed on this page elsewhere. The frequencies
are expected to range widely, and much insight will be gained in determining
from simple tests who is ill because of such abuse, much investigation
circumstantially illustrates a figure conservatively at 80 million over
the course of some 3o years of covert activity. How that kind of number
gets implanted is best illustrated by then Senator John Glenn now retired
speech where he tells his fellow Senators " did you know your husband,
wife, son or daughter could go to the hospital and be given radiation or
drugs and not be told or warned about it" ; you could also have been implanted
at the dentist, or in your home after they pump gas in the house. Non conservatively
I believe the percentage implanted in the US to be much higher. The news
of it coming out is going to cause the reorganization of the government,
which it needs. We need to stop this rape and barbarity by all means necessary.
The decision in jamming as opposed
to isolating the exact MC frequencies was due to understanding that the
MC energies could be switched and evade detection, therefore they would
evade subsequent jamming if only the detected frequencies were countered;
and we would wind up in a no win cat and mouse game of find the frequency!
Therefore working on a situation where deciphering the exact frequency
output was not considered of value because they could change frequency,
an adoption of a strategy of jamming where a broad range relative to the
expectation that they use a very narrow band was considered worth while.
The jammer output is considered a wide frequency signal as compared to
the currently estimated 200,000 discrete brain wave signals, which it is
expected that they have chosen some of to mimic in order to make if difficult
to detect; detection also is now possible through interference with detection
meter kit 22. research will depend on sale of the jammer to buy or rent

WARNING: Its factual that implants
and directed energy are atypically sent from adjacent areas; by this its
to be understood that the output frequencies for both implants and directed
energy are emitted from transmitters near the location of the targeted

countering the attacks when you are very ill is not as simple as using

to counter this but it takes being aware of the fact they can observe your
implant or use through the wall radar or acoustic radar bugging devices
or ultra fine optic viewing wire and know when your countering their attack
energy and turn up the intensity; eventually you will raise the brains
chemistry and the painful effects will be reduced letting you know that
you are making progress . I assume that the state of health by the time
you found this information may be poor, the techniques to reduce exposure
would be different for a person in poor health. For example it would be
suggested staying away from the home for lengthy periods of time due to
the fact that the home is where the attackers have had time to set up to
irradiate the subject far more efficiently than away from the home. Consequently
the recovery of the brains chemistry would be quicker without having to
combat high exposure away from the home or area where the person spends
a majority of their time. The use of a bat detector may be critical to
discover if there are inaudible infra sound beams present. The method of
infra sound is used and is very dangerous to ignore, Infra sound is low
frequency sound waves you cannot hear, they can cause severe symptoms of
headache, nausea, blurred vision, changes in blood pressure and death;
over a protracted period the toxins from cells failing to remove waste
can cause many syndromes . If found extreme measures must be taken. This
means that once its established where the deadly beams are from, and they
can be easily traced because a bat detector is directional and can show
which direction the ultra sound/infra sound is coming from. You should
turn off all the circuit breakers to make sure what your receiving is from
other than your own circuitry as the sensitive detectors can pick up Radio
Frequency as well as inaudible above human hearing sound frequencies. The
