Implants most victims are implanted with consist of two, one in each eustation tubes, each separate implant can be made to pump out a frequency very close to each other approximately in the 13khz thats 13000 cycles per second; one of them is set to slightly lower than 13khz or 12993 cycles per second. This means that when they are both on they cancel each other out to equal the balance or 7cycles per second; in other words 7hz or 7 cycles per second is called infrasound which is deadly to all life. The implants are low power and made of very difficult to detect material (conductive plastic and material virtually of tissue density. When the implants are in 1st phase operation only one is caused to emmit its frequency which gradually reduces the serotonin and neurotransmitters of the brain therefore making the synapse's very sensitive; if the operator of the implant want to speed up depletion both can be used to emmit their frequency output. Upon depleting the level of neurotransmitters to a level that begins to cause obvious failing of the general mental acuity and motor functions both are used to cause extrodinary pain and further destruction of the immune system. Get one of those telephone tone devices you can hold up to a non touch tone phone. The unit is cheap, battery operated about the size of a pack of cigarettes and has buttons like a touch tone phone on it. Its used as sold to hold against a phone and press the buttons to make a phone call ( make sure that when the tone buttons are pushed they stay on till the finger is released, you do Not want one with a tone that momentarily makes a beep and stops ) . The devices usually take 3 AAA batteries. Now open the unit carefully, look for the screws that hold it together. Inside you will see the speaker. Cut the wires connected to the speaker near the connection of the speaker leaving the wires long coming from the unit. Bend the wires so they extend out of the unit and close the case up so the wires stick out of the case. Connect the two wires so they touch the shin near the ears above or over them. To make it a convenient and permanent affair get a headband of flexible plastic like a woman's head hair holder which looks like a big c shape to hold the hair in place, then using stainless steel tape or some copper wire wrap either material around the tips of the plastic c shape about an inch at each of the C's ends and connect long 18 inch wires to the metal wrapped at the C's ends and then take the end of that long wire and connect it to the tone generator wires coming from the case. Now get a 4 inch X's 1/4 inch or so stiff but bend able metal and wrap it around the tone generator to hold some of the buttons down and this will cause tone frequencies to be sent into the head ( try other parts of the body later) the tones generated will cause cancellation of some of the perps frequencies. Try different buttons for various frequency changes. The output voltage needs to be 1. to 1.5 volts AC, if its higher put a resistor on one wires end between one of the electrodes and the tone generator. Its really a simple thing to do, ask for help at a local electronics store. If the voltage is any higher it can cause irritation and scabbing. After trials using one tone, its found to work well.
Please NOTE for some it may be necessary
to use voltage above 1.5 volts.

that the word bias in electronics
is the critical parameter wherein
an electronic device works or not.
2.) IMPORTANT FINDING the use of either a 1.5volt or 3 volt watch battery with its positive and negative contact side respectively attached to electrodes that contact near the ear ( one electrode positive to one ear and the other ear the negative electrode) area cause a bias of the implant outputs, however the effectiveness is estimated to be 75% nullification, the same tingling occurs when obvious pulses are felt at the electrode area indicating that the voltage changes will be possible to measure with voltmeter. One can use this to jam the implant substantially. Also note that during the period of time as one drifts off to sleep the sense of any electrical impulse is more intense, and the implant is set to react by sending out a charge to tissue surrounding the implant at a rate that intersects with the brains frequency just as it reaches a lower frequency of approximately 5-12 hertz which is near the stage of going to sleep, thereby causing the brain to double its frequency by cancellation modulation causing the brain to go into a state of higher alertness and higher frequency of estimated 20-30 hertz; and subsequently cause a corresponding rise in heart rate. Its called Sleep deprivation! The first stage in forceful decrease of the brains chemistry; whereupon at sufficiently low levels the implants signals override the brains own signals and artificial signals can be sent into the brains own paths at a higher relative strength than the brains own signals, from there a persons auto immune system and various other functions can be overridden. The single battery technique is quick and easy but as stated not as effective, stick with getting a tone generator due to the fact it has a 1.5 volt AC output causing a greater efficiency of biasing the implants output , which means it cancels the implant output more efficiently. However as one goes to sleep I say this again the brain is more sensitive and requires a more powerful biasing using the 3 volt batter reference number ( CR2430 ). The intense shocks just as one is trying to fall asleep are bias reduced dramatically ( have it connected to a time and used only as you go to sleep as it can cause minor irritation and a scab ). The relative destruction of the immune system and health can be neutralized using these temporary stopgap techniques, however if not caught in time permanent damage is irreversible. Further 75% effectiveness is ok, but only after you have reduced sensitivity and brain chemistry is near normal, the use of the small current jamming the implant through bias interaction and or creating a bias in the tissue that directed energy is affected by will only be effective for short but serious periods of time. Any backsliding and the inexorable implant/directed energy will take its toll and erode the progress made. Bias from small voltage is responsible for critical functioning in electronic devices, it controls the absolutes necessary for various components to be in sync with each other; without correct bias electronic devices will not work. Also it should be said that this technique was not used when the severity was extreme and the audible sound file was used together with the amino acid method, now the sound method can be used and the amino acids can be stopped, and the tone generator is silent and can be used alone like the sound file; but the battery method may be to weak as compared to the tone generator method to work effectively in getting a result, so therefore if its tried alone because its easy it may be too little at to late a time in the exposure. Its suggested as a temporary maintenance method once the other techniques have achieved what can be achieved. These things are all stop gap methods until EMP devices are put together to permanently disable the implants, and they are being built to test; as for the directed energy, a means to detect and stop it at the source must always be the topic of the last frontier. It stands to reason once the government is returned to the people signal corps persons will do constant scans much like cops look for criminals. Notice no one of that expertise has ever been offered to help in regard to such activities as they have been warned away from compromising the program.
3.) EXPLANATION: The decrease in the brains chemistry as stated in number 2 is caused by several outputs and causations beginning with sleep depravation of various levels and or quality of sleep. This action of chemistry reduction causes the synapse activity paths to corresponding nerve centers to diminish in their being exclusive, by that I mean to indicate that for example a noise heard can cause a flash of light to be seen in a dark room, the sound electrochemically interpreted by the ear and intended to go along an exclusive path to that part of the brain that interprets sound has had the synapses that ordinarily do not make contact with paths for vision intersect, because the synapses are in a state of heightened sensitivity and randomly firing due to depletion of essential brain chemistry responsible for prevention of synaptic electrochemical reactions where they are not supposed to be active, hence nerve impulses go awry into synapse paths they ordinarily are not supposed to go.
4.) Furthermore the example of how an implant can overwhelm the brains pathways and dominate is explained as follows: The implant output signals first reduce the efficiency of the synapses to carry messages and therefore reduce the signals efficiency from point to point, subsequently upon reaching a point of reduced efficiency the implants signal which can be sent out over multiple synapse routes overrides the brains natural signals; allowing it to suppress or enhance signals to the brain and bodies sites for receiving instructions to operate. It is known that the brain wave frequencies number in the hundreds of thousands and that this mapped knowledge base allows such high jacked orchestration of specific synapse corridors by the implant frequencies.

7.) The use of a custom designed EMP device cost $800. arrived for the second time Dec.3rd 2002 its supposed to knock out electronics, it did not work the first time so it was sent back. This time it did not work either but something happened. It's a high energy pulse magnetic field and I used it on the ears, the back and top of the head without anything happening. Upon using it on the front face area something happened that is not supposed to happen, a feeling of a sharp snap like a pencil eraser is being felt inside the nasal cavity between the eyes; it appears I've been implanted in more than one place. This reaction is an implant outputting a small voltage each time the EMP coil is actuated. The device needs to be upgraded, but may be valuable as it is as an indicator. More to follow. The need for expensive equipment to read the very high emp pulse and the secondary implant inducted pulse is very great at the moment. The equipment needs to differentiate between the high energy emp and the low energy the implants putting out to prove its there on a scientific basis, but because the impulse from the implant is so very localized and strong its reasonable to assert that it should be easy. I've used emp devices called the pulser and it had no effect.
8.) The use of the tone generator method has finally yielded the result of detection positive results. The use of a meter in special circuit with the tone generator proves the implant is present. Maybe thats why they removed all our rights, we are about to prove treason, gulf war vets being implanted and the population on massive scale. Thats my understanding from all the information. The circuit illustrates that the energy from the implant is measureable indirectly, but is absolutely a fact that there is a change that cannot be anything but from an artificial source inside the body. Video will be presented soon! This has nothing with the technique or equipment of number 7 above.
9.) Number 8 is obsolete because the devices shipped and the authors units which had been tested for some two months inexplicably stopped working, the only explanation for all the units to fail in a few days of each other is emp to sabotage the effort of implant/directed energy jamming.
So a new device actually better and more efficient has been devised. The output DC offset aproximately 1.5 volts, AC component primary Frequency spread from 53hz to 22000hz spread of frequency at ranges to -62 dB not including harmonics shown on sound analysis program.
The device is a specially picked small dc brush motor run by a aaa battery which has the leads from the battery directly connected to electrodes on the sides of the neck. The subsequent output is that which is stated above. It is not possible to break them electronically with emp, microwave or other electronic radio frequency methods. The only way to break them is to use a hammer. The subsequent simplicity with which the implants and directed energy can be neutralized is a surprise athat took three years, sad that it took so long for something so simple as the old addage "under ones nose". Which instigates the last phase of our dissertation on the methods to stop the effects as a countermeasure, number 10 will deal with that as soon as confirmed new leads. Then on to destruction of implants GPS and otherwise attack cell/neurophone technology in the body by emp devices we are constructing. What can I say, three years later and its so simple like the node on your face.
The following is a diagram for those that have no money to afford getting
a professionally made device, note that the motor chosen must be tiny and
low power consumtion; should run only with AAA 1.5 volt battery. Test the
motor alone by connecting to voltmeter with continuity or ohm setting and
rotate rotating shaft with finger and watch meter for even small drops
on the scale, this will mean that the motor will develop drops of current
flowing through it and contribute to creating multiple frequencies. The
frequencies that are generated are fed to electrodes of bare wires shown
in red that will go into the body and jam the implant output more efficiently
than the all electronic jammer, in addition its output is random and cannot
be effectively countered by cancellation signals. The device I make requires
one battery per day and I reccommend that the new battery be installed
just before sleep for maximum jamming capability as when the battery gets
weaker the motor slows down reducing the number of random frequencies,
you could try to attach solar cells which will be offered soon. Here is

You should have several buttons held in the on position). Also in a quiet room you may be able to discern changes
This is a portable cheap and easy to make device. Make your own and experiment with electronic chips. If the electrodes irritate you make sure you rub the metal or wire with a spoon to smooth it down, if it still irritates it may be too much current which if you go to an electronics store they can measure the voltage and give you a tiny rheostat which you can adjust to comfort. Please spread the word.
Furthermore the finding that the
signals are markedly jammed indicates potential interaction
with the signals by the input frequency
of the tone generator. Therefore it appears
possible to read the input signal
with a sensitive oscilloscope which has a sampler
feature and to observe aberrations
of the tone generator frequency; the aberration
could them be analyzed for frequency
cancellation amounting to determining the
implant or directed energy frequency
by calculating the difference between the tone generator
and the aberrant frequency. Further
the aberration being analyzed can directly
allow for a more accurate tone
generator frequency to be used to more efficiently cancel the
attack signals.
Furthermore the reduction of brain chemistry when implanted or having
energy directed at your body reduces the brains signature nervous system
pathways dominance in transmitting signals for all things that go on in
the body/brain. The implant/directed energy levels currently used will
begin to be stronger than the bodies and override the brains signals. Reinforcing
the brains chemistry by using the amino, sound wav and the low voltage
electrode method at the bottom of the page ((((( by the way these are the
three techniques as of Nov. 16, 2002 that are recommended for novices,
everything else requires an expert ))))) will decrease the dominance of
the implant/directed energy effects. Of course I know they can change methods
but that's the way it has to read for the moment.

The following is to give an overview as to known technique they use from first hand experience and analysis of the technology employed in attempts to kill me.
1.) First level attacks, are without any invasive device commonly referred to as an implant. Although talk about brain fingerprinting is being bandied about I feel that such a consideration can be left out of the debate in part because it can be attributable to disinformation and other technologies can mimic the theoretical symptoms of brain fingerprinting ( the use of the brain as a transceiver without instrumentation or implantation ). However I will say that brain fingerprinting and subsequent receiving of the brains signature is possible, as to whether its in use presently or still on the drawing boards is debatable.
The targeted individual has operatives with infrared or radar technology see them through the wall of their apartment ot house and target them with various energies such as but not limited to radar, microwave, infrasonic by use of ultrasonic triangulation, narrow beam radio frequency crossfire where the beams cancel each other out resulting in a frequency that demodulates into the equivalent of sonic bullets; in addition through various frequency modulation the microwave or radio frequency crossfire from narrow beam sources which are suspected to include masers voices and other brain compatibly information capable of being demodulated by the brain can be heard by the person being targeted exclusive to persons standing near to them, the potential for stray energy allowing adjacent witnesses or associates of the targeted are possible from miss calibration of the beams to the targeted individual. At this juncture it should be understood that various devices have been patented and assigned to large and medium corporations as circumstantial indication of their being fabricated and used. Maser technology may allow the use of a single beam to be used instead of crossfire or triangulation methods.
The technique referenced to above is for use where the subject has no implant or any electronic marker on their person. With high technology of satellite and radar it is well known that the United States can see submarines at great depth in the oceans indicative of an ability to mimic the potential misnomer of "brain fingerprinting", wherein the radar or infrared tracking of a single individual is conceivable to accomplish and subsequently hit that person from satellite with various energies resulting in reduction of ability to think, reduction of the immune system, illness, disease, demodulation by the brain of energy producing noise or voices, emotions, burning, and death without having an implant, but rather be tracked by infrared or radar as an identified blip on the sensor screen. Such a system could however be fooled by various strategies.
2.) Low level implantation where the subject has a simple low or high power GPS ( Ground Positioning System ) meaning that the distance the person can be located may be low power and only local ground based receivers can sense their position or high power GPS where a satellite can sense their position. The obvious result is that a low power transmitter can establish a point of location for a satellite system to them maintain a lock of the position of the subject if so desired and therefore be able to integrate firing of satellite based systems to the targets location.
The implications are that this system also allows for the actions of the first system and is conceivable to accomplish and subsequently hit a person from satellite with various energies resulting in reduction of the immune system, illness, disease, demodulation by the brain of energy producing reduction of ability to think, noise or voices, emotions, burning, and death using an implant, Such a system would however be difficult to fool due to limitations on jamming or removing the implants.
Such a system obviously eliminates the need to look through the walls of an apartment or house to use weapons on the targeted person as various energies mentioned in 1 & 2 can be focused on the target using feedback as to the exact position of the person to impact with the devices.
3.) The incorporation of a transceiver to the GPS unit mentioned in number 2, that is to say a two way radio or cell phone technology; it was reported recently that a cell phone was being tested by being implanted in the tooth of a child for commercial considerations. In any event microscopic walkie talkies are not new, microelectronic chips the size of the head of a pin are a reality, and the invention of plastic conductors can make such a device invisible to x-ray, MRI, and other means of exposing the existence of such devices. In addition to the Transceiver GPS is the use of a neurophone output where the output of noise or voice to a person can take place without acoustic output, meaning that no actual audible noise is outputted but rather "neurophone energy". The invention of the neurophone by Patrick Flannagan in 1971 and its subsequent reduction to practice allows for metal contacts or even electric fields at distance allowing people to hear through their skin and not heir ears. In addition to the neurophone being added as a sub technology is an actual digital memory and timer.
The operation of such a device is multiple where infra sound or its brain wave equivalent can be pumped from the implant into the body, as well as brain wave recordings of mental disturbance or illness recorded from persons suffering from such conditions.
The use of a digital memory allows for sending very short duration microwave bursts of information into the implant in a microsecond making it even more difficult to detect evidence of their presence from radio frequency detection methods. The information sent in a micro burst could be minutes or possibly longer voice or brain wave programming, as well as
Output from implants can be prerecorded or live voice or noise, illness inducing infra sound, live or prerecorded brain waves of any number of emotional states, illnesses, drug highs, lethargy, or other symptomatic states.
The position of the subject being possible to target can have their location bombarded by the energies mentioned in 1 and 2 resulting in the reduction of the individual to think and reduction of judgment as well as reduction of the immune system, illness, disease, demodulation by the brain of energy producing reduction of ability to think, noise or voices, emotions, burning, and death using an implant, Such a system would be difficult to detect or fool due to limitations on jamming or removing the implants.
All of the above 1, 2, & 3 in relation to energies used can be used on large populations without implants, in fact there are records of such tests in the past and there is also evidence of current and increased future implementation to use on the general population. Children that are favored can be left alone and children who are in disfavor can have their cognitive abilities reduced. The era of creation of allowing an individual to succeed has been here for quite a while. The idea is to educate before its too late. My suggestion is not to educate the general public but educate the elite of the economic power centers such as business center populations of Wall Street and their equivalents across the nation in major cities. The people in churches and towns have proven to have too small egos to rise indignantly. It may be possible to cause those who have the biggest egos to rise to the occasion.

Tesla coil: Tesla built a 300 foot tesla coil building that the government forced him to take down just around ww1 thats earl last century. The tower was located just 10 or so miles from me east from my home at Wardencliff. The large ones starting at 10 feet tall generate approximately 10 million horsepower. The coils that actually are the secondary have a traditional pole at the top and they also have another end that terminates in ground, hence the energy is actually generated into the atmosphere and space and radiated directly into the ground. Tesla field waves are different than high voltage transformers as there is no iron core and the magnetic portion of the energy from the output does not collapse into the core. IMPORTANT: The tesla energy is made from harmonic interferrence beyond the elementary calculations possible mathematically, this means that innumerable white noise frequencies are created. FURTHER it presents the following; if one were to try to isolate an MC frequency and counter it, it would require a scanner and they could switch frequencies. With the tesla field there are so many frequencies that the MC frequencies are there also. Now and this is whats important because I know its true now, the MC frequencies are multiple and are delicate in that receiver/implants are small and necesarily low power and the frequency they operate are narrow. Tesla output distorts the incomming and outgoing frequencies sufficiently to prevent efficient operation. Consider also that tesla fields are capable of electric induction in that they have a resonance frequency with conductive material so that even with a faraday cage as I have understood cannot be used on an implant effectively and still react to the brain without some external antenna or electrodes on the surface of the implant; so that portions of the tesla energy can intersect with these external components/GPS-antenna. Therefore it appears from my experiments that the internal components are affected by the field sufficiently to jam it. The innumerable frequencies emitted by the Tesla coils (four of them) are sufficient to distort and swamp the MC input and outputs, in addition I assume without knowing of course that the ability of most if not all of the remote type of activities are decreased dramatically. It is the fact that so many arbitrary frequencies from elf (depending on the configuration) to upper gigahertz are created; so that these low through high frequencies cover all that the MC can or will use; subsequent field effectiveness of the tesla jamming coils is something that I estimate from early experimental experience to be some 30 diameter. In addition although the ignorant to the real purpose public overturned the Washington Air Space Museum decision to remove tesla acknowledgements, its obvious that a real fear of his work being publically shown/acknowledged is a key fact that there may be a relevant link to their fear of his technology in many areas which may include MC. If you have any info that may be enlightening please send whatever you may have as I will pass it along also. Total cost was 180 comprised of 4 tesla coils which are arranged with an 8 foot mast, in an arrangement where the outputs are not in harmony with but rather interfere with each other creating even more frequencies. There are additionally two large magnets in the arrangement and a special arrangement of a tesla coil having its primary coil being driven by one of the tesla coils. It must be stressed I have reduced my sensitivity 90+percent with supplaments prior to this action, however I am experiencing a further reduction of their capability when in the fields. I hope you take this info to heart as your explanation of your symptoms is from what I have heard from you one of the most extreme. I don't hold out false hope, as always I am here as a victim trying to help myself and others and share results. It may be a very short time for you now that this understanding is known. Hey this ones a little more refined I wonder what would happen if its played
as background sound in crowds, would people implanted be drawn to it because

The very unique sound program that
was used to make these multi frequencies is not available on the net, "I
wonder Why"
anyway I am trying to get quality
wav files made, and some will actually be above human hearing, meaning
they won't be annoying, some people are experimenting with some success

I am not sure whether it can be

By the way it appears that the
way it works is that the acoustic vibration does two things, one is that
the implant (if it is, I think it is) has its speaker/microphone caused
to virbrate at frequencies it cannot filter and its vibrations cause induction
of voltage in reverse temporarily jamming it with stray capacitance in
the discrete components, two is that the brains hearing centers which are
obviously active in the process demodulate the frequency and impresses
that energy, even that which is inaudible (when above human hearing frequencies
are used) and it scrambles the neurochemical and magnetic signals that
represent the pattern of the attack frequency, hence it jams it on a discrete
level.
This is a hypothesis, some say
they turn it off, possibly they have to because of the noise generated
even by the high frequency silent mix of the frequencies below, I used
my D-230 Bat detector to see that the frequencies were being generated,
they are present and remarkably apparently from harmonic interferrence
from a low 6khz to over 120khz, this swamp of sound that has the capability
to break up the energy used at this juncture is silent and tolerable, although
I was told it could cause a headache; however I have not experienced that
proble, please consider the possibility of the effects on children, we
just don't know if it might cause a headache and they cannot tell you except
to cry. Use with your own discretion.

It appears that the low voltage method will partially jam the implant/directed energy to a real degree, of course further exploration of choice of frequency other than the top left of page sound file will be investigated later. The preferred method is done as follows: An Mp3, digital or minicassette tape recorder has its ear jack connected to a 9v battery operated "mini amplifier speaker" (merely a very small amplifier the size to 2 packs of cigarettes) , and the amplifier output gets connected to a cable where the ends of the wire are attached to the sides of the neck or ears. The low voltage output from the recording device MP3 for example playing the sound file specified will greatly reduce the implant/directed energy. It will take time to find out now if its all thats needed. So far it has been validated that the sound file allows the discontinuance of amino supplaments; of course the grating noise is not pleasant. So now we will attempt to make a neurophone output and see if the voltage can be further reduced whic means the amplifier can be discarded. Experiment please everyone! |
The final product would consider that although you get an implant out
or stop an attack, one could be reimplanted or beamed at again. So the
consideration is that the best course of action is to nullify the effects
inside the person with the smallest amount of energy. Expected to be the
primary method is a variable frequency tone generator such as the one at
the top left margin with the reccommended sound wave, but experiment and
give feedback. I say again its all at own your risk
A neurophone might very well be the best device to experiment with,
but they are expensive! So for the moment we will try cheaper methods.
Wherein I mean to say that the success of the method described in the last
two paragraphs being simpler than a neurophone may offer benefits possibly.
Inconclusive so far, in fa it may be we will need to make the crcuitoutput
of a neurophone.
This will cause tone frequencies to be sent into the head ( trry other parts of the body later) and will cause cancellation of some of the perps frequencies. Its silent and of course we are working on ways to kill the chips with EMP, but for now here is whats being worked on with substantial success.
Get one of those telephone tone devices you can hold up to a non touch tone phone. The unit is cheap, battery operated about the size of a pack of cigarettes and has buttons like a touch tone phone on it. Its used as sold to hold against a phone and press the buttons to make a phone call. Now open the unit carefully, look for the screws that hold it together. Inside you will see the speaker. Cut the wires connected to the speaker near the connection of the speaker leaving the wires long comming from the unit. Bend the wires so they extend out of the unit and close the case up so the wires stick out of the case. Connect the two wires so they touch the shin near the ears above or over them. To make it a convienient and permanent affair get a headband of flexible plastic like a womans head hair holder which looks like a big c shape to hold the hair in place, then using stainelss steel tape or some copper wire wrap either material around the tips of the plastic c shape about an inch at each of the C's ends and connect long 18 inch wires to the metal wrapped at the C's ends and then take the end of that long wire and connect it to the tone generator wires comming from the case. Now get a 4 inch or so stiff but bendable metal and wrap it around the tone generator to hold some of the buttons down and this will cause tone frequencies to be sent into the head ( trry other parts of the body later) and will cause cancellation of some of the perps frequencies. Try different buttons. This is a portable cheap and easy to make device. Make your own and experiment with electronic chips. If the electrodes irritate you make sure you rub the metal or wire with a spoon to smooth it down, if it still irritates it may be too much current which if you go to an electronics store they can measure the voltage and give you a tiny rheostat which you can adjust to comfort. Please spread the word. We still want to experiment with the neurophone and will shortly but for the moment it works and you now have a chance to regain your abilities and galvanize.
There seems to be a direct relationship to GWS actually being something
