The issue may be that your unaware that the lack of what can be considered hard evidence is not as important one may think. Even with no evidence the issue of many persons saying the same thing amounts to circumstantial evidence which can open the door to investigation of any person or organization experimenting on people, if the proper jurisdiction is queried properly. If you don't have evidence it would not stop an investigation into your situation where those responsible have even a small connection to a larger entity divying out permissions to do such things to you. So despite the fact you may feel you have no evidence it may be that it will not at all matter; I reccommend that you send in your complaint without evidence so we can begin the process of looking into the matter. It may arise that as such investigation proceeds some thread from some other victim uncovered may shed light upon your plight. Take the time to proceed and send it in please. We need as many people as possible to make this effort work, as we feel that the more people the better.
